Geekdom United Podcast Episode 21 - The one about Shin Godzilla, Shenmue III and Dragon Ball Z

Welcome to episode 21 of the Geekdom United podcast! On this week’s episode, Tim reviews the recently released Shin Godzilla film on Blu-Ray and gives us a history lesson on Haruo Nakajima, the original actor in the Godzilla rubber suit who took up the role for 12 consecutive films who sadly passed away recently.

We also discuss Mark’s recent obsession with Dragon Ball Z and his quest to watch all 291 episodes (and movies, if possible) before the upcoming game ‘Dragon Ball FigtherZ’ releases in February 2018. To wrap things up, we take a look at the fresh off the presses trailer for Shenmue III and provide our thoughts and hopes for improvements based on what we saw. We hope you tune in and enjoy!

+3 To Geekdom Podcast Episode 7 - The One About Imperial Assault, X-Wing Miniatures & ‘Nerd’ Bullying

Ladies & Gentlemen, it's time for episode seven of the +3 To Geekdom podcast! On this month's episode, we have a quick chat about our time at PAX Australia (and it's amazing table top area) that took place last month here in Melbourne, Australia. This also happens to be a great segue to our table top game of the month: Imperial Assault by Fantasy Flight games! We discuss our first time playing the game and Tim goes over the in's & out's of the campaign and skirmish modes!

Things get a tad more serious with our next main topic for the month: "Nerd" or "Geek" bullying. Have you been on the receiving end? Judged for playing D&D or Magic: The Gathering? Been given crap for your cosplay or other interests? We share our thoughts on the matter with the aim of bringing one point across: Let people enjoy what they want to enjoy and don't be a dick about it!

All this and more, so be sure to tune in and have a listen!

+3 To Geekdom Podcast Episode 4 - Dungeons and Wrestling

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls and children of all ages, we are back with episode 4 of the +3 To Geekdom podcast! And if you're not down with that, we've got two words for ya! Suck it!!

Ahem...anyway....to kick off this weeks episode, we talk about some good ol' fashion wrasslin' as Tim (who joined by Matt from Retro Domination) was lucky enough to attend a WWE show during their latest tour of Australia.  Of course, this has renewed his love affair with the squared circle along which has lead him to take up the WWE Network subscription service.

Following on from all of the wrestling talk, we also discuss our first experiences as we delve head first into the realm of Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition and all of the confusing, confusing awesomeness that came along with it.

If that isn't enough, Tim also gives us his initial impressions of 'Armada', the follow up to the universally loved 'Ready Player One' by Ernest Cline and he also provides us with a spoiler free preview of the audio book! All of this plus another round of Q&A from our awesome listeners, so we hope you'll tune in and enjoy!

+3 To Geekdom Podcast Episode 3 – That Comic Con Goodness!

It's better late than never, right? That's right folks, we are back for episode three of the +3 To Geekdom Podcast! After what seems like an eternity, we've managed to roll out of our sick beds to discuss what has been an absolutely hectic month of pop culture news and announcements!
